💳 Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and block the event date.
• The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the event date.
• Bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been received.
• Acceptable payment modes: Cash and UPI.

📋 Booking & Cancellation Policy

• 30% of the total booking amount is required as an advance to confirm and block the date.
• The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.
• In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil the booking due to unforeseen circumstances from my end, the entire advance amount will be refunded to the client.
• Every effort will be made to assist the client in finding a suitable replacement makeup artist if required.

🎨 Trial Policy

• Bridal Makeup Trial: ₹3,500
• If you proceed with the bridal booking, the trial amount will be adjusted in your final bridal package cost.
• If you choose not to proceed with the bridal booking after the trial, the trial fee of ₹3,500 will be chargeable and non-refundable.
• Trial duration: Typically 2–3 hours.

🚗 Travel Policy

• Travel charges are not included in any package.
• Travel charges will be applicable based on the event location and distance.
• For outstation bookings, travel, accommodation, and other logistics expenses must be borne by the client.
• Any parking, toll, or venue access charges, if applicable, will be charged additionally.
• Early morning bookings (before 6:00 AM) may be subject to an additional convenience charge.

➕ Additional Charges

Hair Extensions

• Hair extensions are not included in any package.
• Additional charge: ₹500 per client.
• Hair accessories are not included.

Lashes & Lenses

• Lashes and lenses are included in Bridal Makeup packages.
• Lashes are included in Party / Siders / Guest Makeup packages.
• Lenses are not included in Party Makeup packages.
• Additional charge: Lashes — ₹250 per pair | Lenses — ₹250 per pair.

Other Charges

• Any additional services not mentioned in the package will be charged separately.
• Assistant charges (if applicable) will be discussed and communicated in advance.
• Stay-back assistance and second-look / outfit-change makeup services are available at an additional cost and must be discussed before the event date.

⏰ Timing & Delay Policy

• Bridal Makeup typically requires 2.5–4 hours depending on the selected look, hairstyle, and outfit draping.
• The client must be available and ready at the agreed reporting time to avoid delays.
• Any delay from the client's side may affect the final getting-ready timeline.
• The makeup artist is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals, venue restrictions, photographers, or other vendors.
• If the client is delayed by more than 2 hours from the agreed reporting time, an additional charge of ₹2,000 will apply.
• For early morning bookings (before 6:00 AM), an additional convenience charge may apply.

🧴 Client Preparation Guidelines

• The makeup room should be air-conditioned and well-lit to ensure optimal makeup application and longevity.
• A clean, well-lit area with a table, chair, and power outlet should be provided at the venue.
• Hair must be freshly washed before the event. Please avoid using conditioner on the day of the event, as it can make hairstyling difficult and reduce hold.
• Avoid facials, clean-ups, chemical peels, dermaplaning, or any intensive skin treatments for at least 7 days prior to the event.
• Waxing, threading, bleaching, or any facial hair removal services should ideally be completed 5–7 days before the event to allow the skin to settle.
• Please inform the makeup artist in advance about any skin allergies, sensitivities, ongoing skin treatments, or medical conditions that may affect makeup application.
• Wear a button-down shirt or robe while getting ready to avoid disturbing the makeup and hairstyle during outfit changes.
• Keep all jewellery, accessories, outfit pieces, and footwear ready before the makeup session begins.
• For best results, follow the skincare recommendations provided during the bridal consultation.

🏠 Venue Requirements

• A clean, air-conditioned room with adequate lighting, a table, a comfortable chair, and access to a power outlet.
• These conditions help maintain product performance and ensure the best possible results.

✅ Booking Confirmation & Look Finalization

• Once the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received, a Booking Confirmation Form / WhatsApp Confirmation will be shared.
• The client is required to share reference images of their preferred makeup look, hairstyle, outfit, and overall bridal aesthetic.
• A detailed discussion regarding the desired look will be conducted prior to the event to ensure complete clarity and alignment.
• Makeup terminology can often mean different things to different people. Therefore, reference images are mandatory for accurate understanding.
• Any specific preferences regarding skin finish, coverage, eye makeup, lashes, contouring, hairstyle, jewellery styling, or overall makeup intensity must be communicated before the event day.
• Last-minute changes on the day of the event may not always be possible and could affect the timeline.
• The final look will be executed based on the consultation, references provided, facial features, skin condition, outfit, and professional recommendations discussed beforehand.

🧼 Hygiene & Safety Standards

• All brushes, tools, and products are thoroughly sanitized before every appointment.
• Disposable applicators are used wherever necessary to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

📸 Photography & Portfolio Usage

• Photographs and videos of the completed makeup look may be captured and used for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
• If the client prefers complete privacy and does not wish their images to be shared publicly, this must be communicated prior to the event.

👥 Assistant Policy

• Depending on the scale of the booking, timeline requirements, or additional services requested, an assistant may accompany the makeup artist.
• Any applicable assistant charges will be discussed and communicated in advance.

🗺️ Outstation Bookings

• For outstation bookings, travel, accommodation, local transportation, parking charges, toll charges, and any other related expenses are to be borne by the client.
• These arrangements will be finalized before confirming the booking.

➕ Add-On Services

• Additional makeup services for family members, bridesmaids, guests, and groom grooming can be added at an additional cost.
• These services should ideally be discussed and confirmed in advance to ensure proper scheduling and availability.
